Challenges
To fix the manual process of borrower verification, loan approval, and payment scheduling, we recognized that the user experience needs to be more intuitive for both investors and borrowers. On top of that, securing sensitive financial and personal data requires improvement, with a focus on website design that prioritizes security and data privacy.
Solution
We implemented process automation and integrated a digital workflow to streamline tasks. To ensure a seamless investment experience, we conducted thorough UX/UI testing and improvements for a simple investment flow.
