To address the challenges of a manual paper-based workflow that slowed down operations, it was difficult for consultants and vendors to collaborate, affecting communication and productivity. Tracking project progress proved challenging and complicated scheduling. Furthermore, generating reports and analytics on project accounts was time-consuming, impacting overall project management.
Solution
We implemented a digital transformation with a custom system. Real-time collaboration tools were introduced to enhance communication among consultants and vendors. We also integrated real-time project progress tracking for timely updates and to keep projects on schedule, along with automated analytics and reporting to streamline report generation.
