Challenges
To establish a social media presence from the ground up, introduce the brand to home cooks in Malaysia, and create awareness about its products. There is a need to develop a unique marketing campaign that effectively highlights the benefits of the frypans and captures the attention of potential customers.
Solution
We started with the basics, such as designing a Facebook page cover photo and creating content that educates users about the unique selling points of the products. As we progressed, we shifted our focus to a sales-driven approach, incorporating engaging videos with compelling openings, product demonstrations, and clear calls to action to enhance online sales. This strategy, including video production, was aligned with content creation and digital marketing efforts to capture and convert the target audience.
